Who we are
ProDelta Advisors is an independent network of specialized consultants serving businesses, investors, families, and their advisors. We specialize in valuation advisory, mergers and acquisitions, outsourced finance and family office support, AI, data analytics, and automation. Based in Denver and Dallas, we work with clients nationwide.
Abigail Jenkins, ABV, is the founder of ProDelta Advisors, a Denver-based boutique advisory firm providing valuation, M&A, and outsourced advisory services to business owners, investors, and the CPAs, attorneys, banks, family offices, and wealth advisors who support them.
She has more than a decade of experience advising clients across transactions, litigation, ESOPs, estate and exit planning, financial and tax reporting, equity compensation, and complex ownership structures. Abigail has supported thousands of clients across public and private markets, provided expert testimony in high-stakes disputes, valued interests with traditional and complex capital structures, and advised on business and transaction matters from formation through exit. She is an expert in the energy sector, with deep experience across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations, from early-stage ventures to major publicly traded companies. Abigail also has a passion for financial education, having taught courses and led sessions on valuation and financial topics for both industry professionals, clients, and families.
Before founding ProDelta, Abigail held roles at Armanino LLP, Moss Adams (now Baker Tilly), Alvarez & Marsal, and RSM, and worked in private equity earlier in her career. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, cum laude, along with a Certificate in Energy Commerce from Texas Tech University and holds the Accredited in Business Valuation credential from the AICPA. She serves on nonprofit boards including L.I.N.K. Network, where she is Vice President, and the Oil and Gas Association of Northern Colorado (OGNoCo), where she is Secretary. Outside the office, you'll find Abigail outside, climbing, biking, skiing, or finding another excuse to be in the mountains.
Senior consultants and partners who work alongside us on client engagements:
Gary L. Stone, P.E., is a veteran petroleum engineer and energy industry executive with nearly five decades of technical, operational, and strategic experience across the oil and gas sector. Over the course of his career, he has built a reputation for identifying and evaluating high-value energy assets, leading acquisitions and divestitures, optimizing reservoir performance, and managing complex joint-interest partnerships. Drawing on this extensive experience, he now works independently, providing engineering evaluations of oil and gas properties and advising clients on acquisitions, divestitures, and asset development strategies.
From 1997 to 2026, Gary served with Five States Energy Company, where he retired as Executive Vice President of Engineering. In this role, he led the technical evaluation and management of the company’s legacy reserve assets and directed the engineering analysis of prospective acquisitions for the firm’s energy investment funds. His work supported disciplined capital deployment and long-term value creation across the company’s portfolio.
Earlier in his career, Gary held acquisitions and development positions with AMR Energy and Snyder Oil Company, where he focused on property evaluation, reservoir development planning, production optimization, and transaction support. His professional background also includes technical engineering software development and sales with AEA Boffin International and PI/Dwights, reservoir engineering consulting, and experience in energy banking, providing him with a broad perspective on both the technical and financial dimensions of the energy business.
Gary earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University and is a proud member of the Texas Tech Petroleum Engineering Academy. He served as President of the Texas Energy Council from 2015 to 2016 and has served four terms on the Board of Directors of the Texas Alliance of Energy Producers. He is also a policy advisor specializing in energy issues for the Heartland Institute and past Chairman of the Dutch Treat Wildcatters, a long-standing industry luncheon organization.
He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
Danny has spent his entire career advising lower to middle market companies. After nearly a decade in valuation consulting at RSM, he transitioned into M&A, first on the buy-side as Director of Western Region M&A at Anticimex (a portfolio company of EQT), then as Vice President of M&A at PestCo (a portfolio company of Thompson Street Capital Partners).
Danny is a sell-side broker for home services transactions with Cetane Associates, and partners with ProDelta on engagements where his expertise is the right fit.
Originally from Chico, California, Danny holds a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Denver. Outside the office, he enjoys traveling and is an avid cyclist. His depth of financial knowledge is matched by his understanding of people, because while the numbers matter, nothing gets done without the people behind them.
